This workshop will discuss the keys to success in using SAP and its partner community to effectively manage assets and improve plant performance. The workshop will open with a discussion on laying the right foundation with good configuration, effective planning/scheduling and focusing on the right KPI’s. The workshop will then focus on the importance of proper master data control and asset data governance. Next, participants will work through various PM optimization scenarios including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). In summary, the group will discuss overall Asset Performance Management and how to make sure all the right asset strategies are in place.
