In Part 1 of Comparing and Contrasting Weibull Statistics and Growth Analysis in Failure Prediction, the features and applications of Weibull statistics, including the use of two-parameter and three-parameter Weibull in predicting failures, were presented. In Part II, the features and applications of Crow-AMSAA (C-A) growth analysis are presented, applying the same set of failure data used in Part I. Results demonstrating the overall predictive failure accuracy of the two analytical techniques when using the same failure data are presented.
