Strategy & Risk Management Focus Group
The Strategy & Risk Management Focus Group allows Meridium customers to network and share best practices around APM work processes and software and also provides guidance to Meridium on product and service offerings. This group will share how risk-based approaches to asset strategy development, management, and evaluation have been implemented with success, and discuss current topics and approaches to strategy development methodologies and their implementation in work management systems. Also discussed will be methods to identify opportunities for improvement and analytical tools to determine the best solutions to improve asset performance. This focus group is chartered with providing guidance and direction for these Meridium products:
